AMT Trainers All training programs and workshops are designed, developed, and implemented by highly qualified and experienced facilitators. They are very carefully selected to provide a state of the art training that meets the real needs and expectations of our customers. Training Materials
All training packages are specially developed for AMT by its professional facilitators. Training packages are regularly reviewed and developed to provide our trainees with the needed knowledge, skills, and attitudes on the basis of the most current management practices, techniques, and methods. Training Methods All training programs are conducted in a concise, easy-to-understand way that is exciting, rewarding, interactive and job-application oriented. They are aimed at improving and developing trainees’ skills through the use of a variety of training methods such as: 1. Case Studies 2. Videos 3. Role Plays 4. Small Groups Discussion 5. Simulations

Exercises Training Center AMT invested in the training center, which includes eight large training rooms that are specifically designed for training purposes and equipped with the necessary modern training aids. Training Management A coordinator is assigned for each training program. The main responsibility of the program coordinator is overseeing the program from preparation to completion. In particular, he is responsible for assisting trainees and their agencies in overcoming any unforeseen training difficulties that might surface during the training period. In addition, he provides the client agency with evaluation reports concerning the progress of the program and the trainees. Types of Training At AMT we are fully aware that our customers have different needs and expectations. Therefore, AMT provides four different types of training. 1. General Training We provide over seventy different training programs and workshops in the areas of management, human resources management, marketing and sales, project management, secretarial and office management, finance and accounting, and banking. 2. In-House Training AMT designs and develops special training programs and workshops for its customers that are tailored to meet their needs. The process of In-House training is as follows: a. Assessing Training Needs. b. Designing and Developing the Training Program. c. Implementing the Training Program. d. Evaluating the Training Program.
Every year AMT invites reputed and well-known experts in the areas of management to provide two and three-day workshops. The aim of these workshops is to provide senior managers and top executives with most current and effective management techniques. 4. Preparatory Programs In its endeavor to assist the private organizations to implement their Saudization programs, AMT has designed and conducted several preparatory training programs for a number of Saudi banks. The objective of this type of training programs has been to prepare new recruited employees for banking jobs. |
