A coordinator is assigned for each training program. The main responsibility of the program coordinator is overseeing the program from preparation to completion. In particular, he is responsible for assisting trainees and their agencies in overcoming any unforeseen training difficulties that might surface during the training period. In addition, he provides the client agency with evaluation reports concerning the progress of the program and the trainees.
